Join a video conference using a PC

Share your screen

To present your screen or a single window to all the other participants, just move over the frame of the video streaming and when the button "Present Now" appears at the bottom left, click on it:   
 
 
   

By clicking on this button a small window will appear which allows you to indicate whether you want to share the screen or an active window:

 
   

Whether you decide to share the screen or a window among those open on your computer, for example the window of an open word file (to present all the contents contained in it) or an excell file or a 3D drawing program , or a folder containing files etc ... the browser will ask for authorization to proceed with sharing this screen or window;

Suppose we want to share the window that represents the directory "Meeting Management Profession - Hangouts Meet"


After clicking on the "One Window" button, the browser will also ask for clarification what we want to share, select this folder:

Once selected this folder we confirm that we want to share by clicking on the "Allow" button: 
 
 

After clicking the allow button in the window intended for video streaming, there will be a small window that communicates that we are in the presentation phase to everyone:
 
  

we can now update the chosen window, for example by moving inside the subdirectories or, if we have chosen to share for example the window of a word file, scrolling through the pages, and the other users will see exactly what you see in your monitor at inside the window.

To exit the "Presentation" mode, simply click on the "Stop Presentation" button in the window inside the frame for video streaming.
